Health insurance details
List of medications / allergy
What if I do not have all these?
If you have a GP referral you get a portion of the consultation fee paid back to you by Medicare. Otherwise Medicare does not rebate it.
If you do not have Medicare, you still can see the specialist. You just won’t recieve rebate that Medicare gives Medicare Holders.
If you do not have private insurance we can perform your surgery in Public Hospital.

Dr Naz Ahmadi is an Australian trained Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon.
She has completed a comprehensive training in Otolaryngology (ENT Surgery), spanning over a decade across Sydney and Melbourne. This involves training in Rhinology, Otology, Head and Neck Surgery (including Thyroid), Voice and Laryngology. She treats both Adults and Children.
Prior to training in ENT, she completed four years of training in General Surgery Training Program (Royal Prince Alfred Hospital - Sydney) with focus in Head and Neck Surgery. She completed Rhinology, Otology, and Laryngology training in large centres in Australia.
She is a scholar with Masters of Surgery (Head and Neck), and numerous publications. She is affiliated with University of Sydney, UNSW and Macquarie University. She has ongoing involvement in training medical students and ENT training.
